Great with falafel, fresh veggies or pita chips
Makes 12 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
1/2 cup tahini (seasame seed paste)
6 Tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain beans, but RESERVE LIQUID WHEN YOU DO.
2. Blend beans, along with the other ingredients and 1/4 cup of the reserved liquid.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Add liquid until desired consistency is reached.
5. Adjust seasonings along with more lemon juice, cumin to taste.
