This is my aunt's recipe for cheesy potatoes, sorta like mashed, but not. We usually have it with Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
INGREDIENTS
6-8 russet (baking) potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil potatoes with skin on until soft, peel away skin
mix remainder of ingredients over low heat until thinned
Grate potatoes (like hashbrowns) and put into casserole dish
Pour cheese mixture over top
bake at 375 for 30-40 mins.
