paranormal romance--3 1/2 stars. Umteenth book in the Dark-Hunter series, sequel to Acheron. Not the best book in the series by far. It was kind of a transitional book I think, taking the series from one direction to another, which is probably why it was released as a mass market paperback and not a hardcover like most recent books in the series.
