paranormal romance--2 3/4 stars. fifth in the Dark Ones series, sequel to Even Vampires Get the Blues. I would have given it a higher rating, but the first 100 pages were really hard to get into since the heroine hated the hero and then, toward the end of the crappy part, she had practically an instant shift to doing him! It took a while to warm me back up to the characters, but once everyone was on the same page, the story got really (bizarre but) good.
