I use a little bit of the baby oil and mix it in my hand with the baby lotion and apply the mixture in the morning before he gets dressed and then at night before I dress him for bed. It is amazing, goes away completely, I keep doing this even when he doesn't have a flare up and the flare ups haven't been as bad as they were.
