Our oldest son just needed to hear us talk about how we don't like to sit in yucky poop and pee and see us on the toilet. Then he wanted something and I said "I'm sorry, only big boys who use the potty can have that". he potty trained the next day. I guess he REALLY wanted sunglasses! Seriously, I think all the talk about poop and where it goes helped.
