INGREDIENTS
1 bag Oreida diced hash browns (freezer section)
1 large onion diced small
1 small can of sour cream (6-8 oz)
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Servings 8-10
Mix together and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
