THINGS I CHERISH: (take time to appreciate all the senses) SIGHT: Double Rainbows, sunflowers, orchids, roses, cherry blossoms, a clear & starry sky, the smile I put on someone's face, my sons eyes, my friends and family, lightning storms, a place I've never been before and new faces, the beach on a hot day, a colorful sunrise/sunset. HEAR: MUSIC!, cars driving over gravel, horses marching over cobblestone, crackling of a campfire, my sons laughter, thunder, phone call from an old friend, waves crashing against the shore, deep conversations with independent-thinking people, songs that move me. TOUCH/FEEL: my hair being brushed, kisses on my neck, the petals of a flower against my cheek, lying in the grass, driving/roadtrips, the cold sand touching my feet, rollercoasters, my sons simple touch, hugging people I've missed, dancing in a lightning storm/rain at an outdoor venue, wrapping myself in a freshly washed blanket SCENTS: Lilac, cilantro, burning leaves, freshly washed sheets/blankets, my perfume, and the ocean, freshly bathed baby, gas, incense, fareinheight colone for men-. TASTE: mangos, henny, margaritas for girls nights, dillweed, fresh mint, cilantro, sweet and salty combinations, candy, alvocado, fruit, ect...... |
