My family and friends are holding a benefit for me this Saturday, August 22nd from 2-6 at Bella Vista Church, 5100 Belding Road, Rockford, MI which includes a hot dog dinner, silent auction, bake sale, cake walk, kids' games, bouncy house and dunk tank! I am 41, recently diagnosed with stage IIIc breast cancer. I am a mother of two: a 6-year-old daughter and 2-1/2-year-old son. I am a believer of the power of God. I was blessed with three snapshots from Him when I found the cancer in my left breast: 1) Yes, it's cancer; 2) Yes, you will lose your hair; and 3) Yes, you will make it through this!
