Cultural exchange/childcare program seeks field staff for the South Detroit/ N. Ohio area to work flexible hours (10-15 hrs/wk) from home to recruit and service families and au pairs. Candidate should have strong marketing, sales, organizational and counseling/communication skills. Ideal position for stay at home parent. Pay based on recruitment / service of families. Computer, internet and car required.
