As an Independent Beauty Sales Consultant I own my own business. I work the hours I want (or don't want). I have my own business website where customers can place orders so I'm not limited to doing home shows. For the $100 start up fee you get $250 of products to do make overs with. Consultants have a 50% discount, so if you wear Mary Kay or have a large family you can make a nice paycheck just by selling to those in your family. If they are buying anyway, shouldn't they buy from you?
