housemate

i am a single stay at home mom in a beautiful are of Fredericksbur, Virginia. 50 minutes from DC and richmond. there is so much to offer here from zoo's to museuams, libraries, beaches, the bay, shopping , employment. i love my stay at home (domestic engineer LOL) place with my 11 yr. old. but, while that doesn't intitiate alot of income i am hopng to find a mom who is interested in relocating and sharing my 3 br. townhouse.. the rent amount is $500 and that includes everything. it would be nice to find a friend with a child that could become dear to us. i have myself been down the road of single momming for quite sometimes...and if they don't have kids somehow they just seem to relate..and i will post a pic as soon as i download one with the appropriate jpg. thingy or i can email one if you like
