The Southern Tier Mothers' Center (STMC) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1983 for mothers and children in the Elmira, Corning, Big Flats and Horseheads area. Our purpose is to provide a warm and welcoming place to meet and share the feelings and experiences we encounter in our role as mothers. If you are looking for a child-friendly atmosphere, activities for parent and child, weekly meetings with other moms and a place where mothers' thoughts and feelings are valued - then the STMC is the group for you!
