Hey everyone! I'm Heather, i'm 24 years old with 2 children, ages 3 and 2. We are pretty active and love going to parks and getting outdoors. I am looking to start a group for moms and toddlers in Sacramento that also love going to parks! We can plan to meet in different parks around sacramento, depending on where everyone is located. Our favorite is McKinley Park but i would love to try going to new parks and meeting some fun moms!
