| Fitness for mom, fun for baby!! Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. Classes combine power walking/ jogging, body toning and stretching exercises- and are designed for all fitness levels. In addition we plan playgroups, moms nights out, family activities and community involvement. Come get fit, make new friends and have fun! We look forward to seeing you in a class soon. |
