A Playgroup Where Friendships Begin. . . and Grow. Southborough Kindergroup is a cooperative playgroup for 0-5 year olds. Whether you are interested in helping your child learn to play with others or in meeting local parents/caregivers, Kindergroup can be the playgroup for you. Membership enrollment is open all through the school year, with the season kicking off in early September. Members are from Southborough and surrounding communities.
