Some information about our group. We are all mothers of premiees. All differnet ages and stages of life.The Moms are of different ages and backgrounds, but all have something to share and maybe even something we would like to know from one another. We meet a few times a month, some moms who don't have to work we meet a few times a week. We do have some guide lines and policies, but its for the best for the group. We do not have a group fee, so thats a little extra to keep in your pocket. Please read on for more information about our group.

New Members / Renewing Membership Rules & Group policy *********Please read this & reply to this e-mail, so that we know you have read it & will comply to our group’s policy & rules.************* 1. Must RSVP to all events listed on the calendar. WHY!?a. We need to know who to expect or look for at the event.b. Who to contact incase of an emergency, cancellations or last minute change of plans c. Supplies- If the events includes food, drinks, or supplies we will need to know how much to have on hand. 2. Please come to 1 event per month to stay active in our group. Lack of participation will result in removal of the group. ( unless to live out of town)
3. View the calendar & message board often. Updates are always made or things added.4. We welcome any advice, ideas & suggestions. 5. We must have a Meet & Greet for each New Member, before allowing them to join our group.
What we promise to do for you ( the member)! · A fun & safe group to learn, share & build new friendships. No Personal information will be shared or displayed about our members on our web site.
· Never a group membership fee. Some events may charge a fee to participate, entrance or etc. We will let you in advance of any $ needed. · We welcome any members of other groups to participate in our events. Please RVSP them as a friend of yours. After the 1st event we ask that that they become a member to participate in future events.
· We will plan several types of events to work with different types of Schedules & Choices of events to participate in.· Watch your kids- Some events we may have a sitter to help out, but always keep an eye out for them & help each other. Not only for there safety, but for the sake of not damaging some ones property too. · NO MEAN PEOPLE!!!- If for any reason you or your kids can not get along with others, then this group id not for you. Absolutely NO DRAMA please! This includes Snobbish attitudes, Rudeness, no back stabbing to talking about each other, spreading rumors, Gossiping , or threatening one another.
What you promise to do for us (the group) !· Read this form & reply to us, so we know you have read it & willing to comply. · Please complete our Questionnaire form- So we get to know you better. None of this information will be shared or displayed on our web site.
· Help each other in need. If you have items you want to get rid of & you know some one in our group might need it, then please share it with them. Clothing, coupons, baby/kids items & etc. · Help out with an event from time to time. Help with set up, clean up, getting an supplies needed or host an event.
· From time to time we might ask that you bring something to an event. Side dish, drinks, supplies of any certain items for that event. This will be to share with the group.
