We are a great local walking group for women who are at a beginner's level of fitness and need somewhere to start implementing some exercise in their lives. We'll have two standing walks per week and members can post more if they'd like. Bring the kids and they can play afterwards. Need to move? Need to start slow? Need to feel comfortable with where you're at fitness wise? Need some accountability? Need some motivation? Need a reason to get up and get moving? This is the group for you. This group is for Mom's of ALL ages and kids of ALL ages, so basically this group is for just about anyone..........
