We meet every Monday at 1 - 2:30 pm. We offer topical discussions, group activities and guest speakers as we reflect on all the roles mothers play during their active parenting years. Guest speakers include a variety of health care practitioners and pre and postnatal experts. We welcome all mothers & babies.
We also hold monthly pre & postnatal workshops on the last Wednesday of every month. These workshops cover a range of topics relating to holistic health and parenting.

Joining Online Group: Free
Join Weekly Moms Group Meetup: $65 for 5 sessions.
Attending a Workshop: $25 per workshop
