This group is for single parents with children under 6 years of age. We meet every Saturday 10am-11:30am at Playtime Village in Monroe, CT (380 Monroe Turnpike Rt111). Are you new to the area? Want to meet other single parents for friendship and fun? This is the group for you! At Playtime Village in Monroe, CT you AND your child can relax in a clean, safe environment designed just for kids. The cost is only $8.25 per child. Adults are always FREE and members of Playtime Village are FREE. Hosting a playgroup in your home can be stressful and a lot of work - setting up, cleaning up, serving food & drinks, it can also be expensive. It's also hard to relax and visit with your friends when you're the host. At Playtime Village you are our guest. You are free to visit with your friends and play with your child. No work. Just play. PLUS we do all the clean-up!!! We will reserve either the Play Classroom or part of the Cafe area for the private use of your group. Our goal is to get people together. Meet each other, talk, laugh, have a good time. Stay & play in the Village Playspace as long as you want. We know that friendships (for you AND your kids) will start at Playtime Village!
