| Come experience the joys of parenthood by taking part in Baby and Me -- a social and activities group for parents and their children (newborns to toddlers) sharing the joys and trials of parenthood. It's a great opportunity to learn, grow and make new friends for yourself and child. This unique group, consisting of both stay-at-home mothers and working parents, offers informal group discussions, playtime for the children, as well as support for new parents, fun outings for the children and nights out for moms. We also invite professional speakers on a variety of topics, such as nutrition, basic CPR and first aid, and age-appropriate activities. Because our group meets at Woodlawn Common, a retirement facility located in Saratoga Springs, we are able to offer our children an intergenerational experience. Some residents will join our group to participate in activities with the children from time to time. The children will get to know the residents and benefit from their friendship. Baby and Me meets twice a month, on the first and third Monday of each month at 6pm in the Activities Room at Woodlawn Commons located behind Wesley Health Care Center.
