The great thing about the Mouse-ka-Kid Club is that ANYONE can plan and organize an event. Here are some items to remember when planning and hosting an event:

1) Use our Message Board or Poll board. Are others interested or able to make your event? Use our Message Board to find out if others would like to, or are able to, join your event.

2) Are there any costs involved? Keep in mind everyone has a budget, so we are always looking for ways to eliminate or reduce costs for our members.  Does your event involve an entrance fee? If so, be sure to list it.  DON'T FORGET to check for group rates or Disney Discounts-- many places/events in our area offer these types of discounted rates.

3) Put your event on our Calendar. List your event on the Calendar/Events. As the event host, it will be your responsibilitiy to update our members on the Date, place, directions, fees, and special instructions.  If you are unable to attend your own event, maybe someone else can host in your place---always check to see before cancelling an event.

4) Print Resources. In case you need to take inventory of who is attending, we have a couple tools for you:

• Mouse-Ka-Kid Checksheet. to keep track of attendees/costs/etc.


• Mouse-Ka-Kid Sign. Print this out and display it at our meeting point so that arriving memebers can easily find the group.

5) Share your Experience. Post your photos, stories, and experiences on our Photos board.
