| Christmas Day |
| Hello everyone! I have had quite an interesting Christmas day. The two girls have been fighting again. Celeen has been trying to have a good day, as well as Alina. However, during the night time, Celeen and Alina wanted to have a talk with me about their feelings. What was to be discussed about me, actually ended up being a confrontation about Alina's behavior from Celeen. Celeen told Alina that she is very disrespectful the other days when we went to coco's and to p.f. Changs. See Alina has this bad habit of making throw up faces at the dinner table when she doesn't like something. It really got on my nerves and I told her that was not acceptable behavior. She pouted and began tesxting her mom about what was happening. Finally I convinced her to eat and we went to the movies.
While at the movies, Alina wanted to sit in between her father and I. And her father and I always enjoy sitting next to each other at the movies. She refused to change seats and her father decided to move up the seats to another location. I told him I was fine with sitting in-between the girls, but he wanted me next to him so we moved. After moving, Alina decides she no longer wants to watch the movie. So, she pretends to leave the theatre and makes her dad look all over the theatre for her. As he's panicking, we realize she's still in the theatre and has been in there the entire time. His nerves were shot. The girls uncle went to sit with her so we could enjoy our movie.
During the movie, Alina is sending text messages to her mom telling her all kinds of lies that her father hurt her, was yelling at her, so on and so forth. Mind you, I was watching the entire thing. And no such thing happened. After ruining our evening out, she finally got happy again.
So, back to tonight, after Celeen confronted her about her actions, she got very defensive and didn't want to hear what her sister had to say. She got so mad that she threw her shoes at Celeen, stomped into her room, and guess what, she called her mom AGAIN!!! She made Celeen get into trouble for no reason. And she's not happy until she gets the results she wants.
I really need some advice on how to deal with this child. She loves causing trouble and I don't want drama in my happy home. |
