Looking for someone to talk to!

Hello,

I am a mother of a wonderful 10 month old boy. I just need that adult interaction because i am a stay at home mom. Also i can't get out of the house becuase my husband is about to go into the airforce and so we went down to one car. So i am stuck at home and can't do much. i am just hoping there is something here that can help me out and find that adult interaction that i need!

Hello there, my name is Virginia. I live in NY. i have two daughters ages 4 and 2 yo. It must be really rough to be home all the time. My girls go stir crazy if I dont go out at least to the mall just to walk around. Do you have friends in your neighborhood that you can go see and spend time with at least for a cup of coffe or tea and some much needed girltalk. Hope some of this advise helps. No,i do not have anyone in the neighborhood to talk to or even have a tea or coffee with. its been very hard. my mother comes maybe once a week so i get that sometimes but i just need something else haha. i also live with my in laws so we can save for our house in the air force so i don't have my own space either so that makes it hard too. but thank you for responding to my post.

Hi Courtney, For a second I thought maybe I wrote that post-I am also a stay at home mom with a 10 month old son. Besides my husband, I have no one else to interact with. We just moved out of NY to Virginia and it's been tough meeting people..The other night we had an argument and I had no one to call to vent to. I can't vent to my parents because they should not be involved. And my "friends" back home really haven't been around at all..Out of sight out of mind. I'm always around if you want to chat!!

Thanks, yeah i have the same problem because all of my friends are working or finishing college so they don't really get it so they have kind of just gone away. so i have no one to talk to really. yeah i am scared to move because of the air force thing so i will be in a new situation every three years or so. thanks for the message, its nice to hear i am not the only one in this situation!
