Pregnancy journal

Psychologists say that making a connection between life’s events and your feelings it’s very useful so why not keeping a journal while pregnant? You can write it all, from the common symptoms of fatigue, fever, nausea, vomiting together with the sometimes annoying pregnancy stages and moods.  Journals are kind of interactive. You can make them public so that your family and friends will share in your experience. At times you will learn when others reply to your journals and other times you will teach moms out there practical things that helped you out during your pregnancy such as, when did you find out you were pregnant, practical advice on nutrition, what thermometer did you use when you had fever, where did you find the hottest pregnancy clothes, how much rest did you get or when did you stop working, etc. Write as you feel. You don't have to be a great writer to keep a journal. There are so many moments to write about; starting from the first sign of pregnancy to the final stage when you will be eagerly waiting for your baby to arrive. Capture these moments into your pregnancy journal. Imagine the joy you will feel reading the journal later in life.
