New working Mom in need of day care

Hi,

I am a new Mom and I will be going back to work in March.  I am looking for a good day care situation (either in home or at a facility) and am sorely in need of some options.  Does anyone living in or around Bloomfield have some suggestions?  I am totally open to sharing a Nanny with someone (which is what I would probably have to do b/c I dont think we can afford a full-time Nanny on our own).

I would also love some advice/words of wisdom from those that have had to go back to work after having a child.  I am not looking forward to it and fear I wont be able to handle leaving my little one for 10 hours a day while I work.  Any advice/suggestions are welcome!  Thank you!!

I know your fears. I to have to go back in March and am afraid of leaving my little boy. I worked when he was a baby but took some needed time off, and I've loved it. I wish you the best of luck on child care.

When I worked the first time he had a nanny, which was great. I could check in whenever I wanted and she'd text me throughout the day. Unfortunely since my husband and I are seperated I don't have this option any longer. I dread putting him in daycare even though I found one that I loved.

Well good luck!
