Chidren making you loose your hair???
Don't get me wrong...I love my sone more than anything in the world and i would do anything for him.  I have given up a lot already for him.  However i never thought that i would have to loose all of my self.  When my son was 3 months old i went back to work and started loosing my milk production.  shortly after that i had no more milk.  it was after this that i started loosing my hair.  no just a little... ALOT!!  huge clump would come out in the shower.  I called three doctors and they all said it was very normal.  WHen hormones are going in every direction, it just happens.  it has since stated growing back, but now i am left with these little hairs sticking out all over.  Has any one eles had this happen?  what did you do.  it really takes a toll on your self esteem.  i have lost all the baby weight and think i look ok...however i have this white trash, never showered, never cut hairstyle going on (thats what it looks like).  HELP!!!!

I starting losing a lot of hair after I had my first child as well. I didnt know it was normal until I talked to a couple of my friends and they said it lasted a couple of months. I guess mine may not have been as bad as yours. I didnt have bald spots or anything, but my hair is really thick. It was crazy how much hair i lost though cuz when I would wash my hair in the shower the drain would be full of it, and it would be all over my hands as I washed my hair. Also, afterwards when i brushed my hair, it was bad. Im sorry you feel like its affecting your self esteem. It will get better.

I know what you mean I get those stupid little hairs that when I put my hair back in a bun or just a scrunchy it looks horrible like if I don't brush or wash it or something because i have all these little hairs everywhere. My husbands hairdresser said it has also alot to do with how you brush your hair, always use a pick and start from the bottom because those little hairs can also be the cause of breaking when you brush with the wrong type of hair brush for your hair.
I hate my hair it is thick and curly but to wear it down it gets in the way so I have to put it up and then it just makes me look like crap.
I have always lost tons of hair since before being pregnant, with curly hair all the hairs that you lose naturally don't get the chance to just fall out without my noticing it, they get tangled in and then it looks like I lose it all at once.
