Find Time?

How does everyone find time to be with their spouse? My husband is always working and when he is home he is too busy with other stuff. We have no friends or family who can watch our kiddos while we go out on a date. So that is out. By the time our kids are in bed he is too tired to even talk to me. Can anyone offer me any advice or suggestions????

He has to also be willing to want to have "Quality Time" with you.... Make a date night, wake up the kids early that day or make sure they don't nap too late and get them to bed early. Make popcorn and watch a movie and cuddle on the couch, or plan a special dinner after that get him to help you put the kids to bed and have dessert together at the table and talk.
If you want to include your kids pack a picnic and go as a family to a park let them play while you two catch up. It is hard when you just stay home and try and talk because you always find something else that needs your attention. It has to be a 2 party thing tell him to take a nap so he can stay up with you a little longer after the kids are in bed.
There are local churches that offer baby siting for a "night out" look around you can find something near by and check it out, usually churchus are cheap or free or a donation.
