teeth grinding

Ok yall heres another question about teeth from me...Brandon is 6months and got his 3rd tooth right before he turned 6months and the 4th one right after and as of right now the teething really isn't bad, well not like it was before anyway. Sunday was my 6yr wedding annv and my parents kept Brandon for the weekend so we could celebrate...I picked him up yesterday and my mom tells me he started grinding his teeth together sunday, I didn't believe her at first but then he started doing it while I was holding him.  I don't know what to do.  Will this hurt his teeth?  Do I need to stop it?  How do I stop him from doing it?  He is a very happy baby, he laughs at me all day long and chews on everything in site, but its this grinding of the teeth that worries me

My youngest did this too. It only lasted a little while, I think because there is something new in thier mouths. I wouldn't worry unless he seems to be in pain or his teeth wiggle.

It's just there way of getting rid of the pain by grinding their teeth.
