Hi-  I'm ~8 weeks pregnant with my third child.  My first was a c-section,unnecessarily, I believe,so I delivered my second vaginally.  I'd like to find a good OB that will not encourage c-section when my pregnancy and labor run long (as they have both run long in my first two pregnancies.)  Any recommendations?  I will drive anywhere within 50 miles of Escondido. Oh, and I prefer a female, but will consider male recommendations- I don't know how many I'l get.
