First: Apology, Then Very Good List (I think)
Hi, all. I have been a pretty bad lead of this group! In my defense, this year I have: moved to a different state had a wonderful child become a teenager had a baby had a baby that needed eye surgery had a 3 year old that is in speech therapy had a 7 year old who is both gifted, and ashmatic it's been quite a year. and I think I will start off again by posting something I have found to be priceless in times of emergency (ie, kid to er, kid to doctor to find out you are going to er!) Emergency Bag: *travel size deodorant *travel size spay bottle filled with your choice of toner. Great for a cover your eyes facial pick me up, great for an under the shirt chest, back, tummy spray to make you feel like you almost were able to take a shower! *travel tooth brush & tooth paste *Roll of Quarters=$10. You do NOT want to be stuck at a hospital, hungry out of your mind trying to find an ATM or trying to uncrease dollar bills for the vending machine. Parking Meters, Parking Garages, Vending Machines. Get a roll of quarters the next time you go to the bank! *Extra T-shirt *a few panty liners, tampons, pads, or whatever you use. -the following are personal preferences, you can choose your own!- *Neutrogena Eye Brightening Concealer *Bronzer or Blush *Tinted Facial Lotion (like foundation but you don't really have to pay attention when you put it on) *Lip Gloss (naturalish or rosy) *Dry Shampoo. This stuff is priceless & works!! Check out Beauty.com or Drugstore.com! This bag should be stored in a VERY easy to find place (that your husband could find and bring to you), or else in your trunk. This should all fit nicely in a purse you no longer use, or a wal-mart bag. Please be ready. I used my bag last night. Best Wishes to you all!!! ~Amy
