I have a need here in Houghton Lake Michigan.  We have recently opened a youth park that needs sponsers and lots of work.

Artesia Youth park opened this last summer in June(this building that was purchased by a caring individual used to be the old road commision building)and is the highlight of the boys and girls here in Hougton Lake.  I currently work there as a volunteer on Saturdays from 12-6:30pm when it closes.  It is also open after school from 3-6:30pm on Fridays.

This building has a center with basketball hoops,air hockey,tennis,excercise machines a place to sit and relax with games...ect

The other side is a giant indoor skate park filled with jumps of all kinds as well as ramps and pipelines...the kids love it..This was all by donation.

I guess my main question is can anyone help me locate people that can volunteer their time to fix the roof that leaks..or help with other minor repairs.

It is a very fun place for the kids to go and I love working there to get to know some of them and maybe help them stay out of trouble...Thank-you for your time..Rebee
