| I am looking for moms who live close with kids who like to play. I have three, ages 5, 2, and 10- almost eleven months. they are not shy kids, and are very active. I want them to have freinds that I don't worry about "invading" someones house and hopefully I can make some mommy friends as well. We live in the galway school district but are not afraid to travel a few minutes to meet some new friends! |

| Hi, Jackie! I am pretty near you- just outside the Galway district. I have a 17 month old son. I like to take him to the library in Saratoga Springs. They have a great children's room there. My son loves it. |

| we sometimes go to the burnt hills library for toddler time. they seem to like it, but my middle child can be iffy about sitting still. she is very determined to do what ever gets into her mind. but i haven't been to the sartoga library, do you have to pre-register? |

They have programs that you can sign up for, for all different age groups. But the children's room is open all the time and you can come and go as you please. They have tons of books, wood puzzles, animals, a lego table- it's basically a playroom, open to anyone, anytime.
There's also a great play area at Wilton Mall, just outside the new JC Penney. That is open to come and go whenever you want. It's like an indoor playground for small children. I stop there to let my son play whenever we are up that way. |
