Ashley,
Do you nurse your daughter? I don't have that experience, but am struggling with weaning my son at 4 months old, just stopped nursing today. Check with your pediatrician. I used to pump milk when going out. I worry about losing the connection with nursing. My son is pretty adaptable though :-)

Ashley,

One more thing. I meant to add, all will be okay. I'm a first time mom, but have learned our babies suddenly show new behaviors during phases. I'm sure it is just a phase. Good luck.

I know it sound mean to do this but if your daughter gets hungry enough, she will eventually take a bottle. Also have you tired cereal and jar food yet?

My son and I went through this. It was terrible. He only would nurse and I work full time as a teacher. He would not even take a bottle with breast milk in it. I wish I could call you and tell you about it. I have lots of tips for you. I tried everything. The best I can tell you is to pump and give it to her in a sippy cup. I pumped twice a day at work and Cameron would take that but just enough to curve his hunger and when I picked him up he would nurse and then all evening. He would also wake up in the middle of the night to nurse to make up for the day feedings. I was beyond tired all the time for pumping and being up at night. He would NEVER take formula and we tried all kinds too. He eventually took whole milk at about 11 months in a Nuby sippy cup because I could not do it any longer. Good luck...Just don't push the bottle because she will just resist more.
