Abortion

I know its a touchy subject I have to ask. A long time friend of mine that I lost touch with found out his 19 year old fiance was pregnant. When they found out it was twin they got an abortion! How can someone do this?

I have been wanting more kids and twins for I dont know how long....is there anything I can do.Maybe someone can explain why they would decide to not have the kids just because their 2>>>

i dont get it either. i think its selfish, i dont care the reasons. or excuses i should say. im sorry if im offending anyone htat is reading htis that has had one. there are thousands of ppl out there that cant have babies and others are killing htem. i just dont agree with it. why cant they give them up for adoption? can anyone answer that?

It is a very touchy issue and everybody has an opinion and there is no much room for compromise.
Of course you feel bad when people take that kind of decision but you do feel equally bad when kids come into this world without the opportunity of being loved by their own parents. Everybody should be entitled to that even before birth.
I have a couple of friends that got abortion in their 20s and now they are in their 40s and not having the opportunity of getting pregnant again. It is true that you never know what is everybody destiny but when you make a choice you have to make sure you can live with it.

this is a tough one as always and one that i would have to say that they were in a tough spot and yet could have easily found a couple to take and raise the kids. the only time i say i could accept someone having an abortion is like morning after pill and in the case of rape ore moms life is in danger but within the first two weeks aftr conception. i feel so horrible for the children stuck in the foster care system who are getting too old to adopt ...will they ever feel as though they belong to a family?a compound with tons of amenities for kids to come stay and they would live and be taught how to provide for themselves in the world but most of all know that they could call it home and feel loved and like they belong to one big family and this is a dream of mine like Oprah girls school in africa you know?! that would make me so happy

some how the beginning part of my paragraph about the home for the foster kids was that if i ever won a multi- million dollar lotto i would biuld a huge compound with a farm and a school and everything to show these children how to belong to a huge family and provide for themselves in the real world feel loved by us and their family and they could call it home!

I love your comment Judy! My mom, dad, and myself have always wanted to do the same.
I am actually planning on adopting once I get moved and settled in Oklahoma.
Nothing says you cant be a single mom and adopt! Hey its still family and LOVE!
