immunizations- when are tb skin test supposed to get done?

so i was going over my sons immunization records to make sure he was up to date and wondering when he is due for his next set of shots. i found out it next month but one thing that i noticed is last time he went they said he was behind on them and only gave him a hep a and a tb skin test well i was looking online at the list of things to be done and at what age. and it doesnt talk about a tb skin test. so my question is if it doesnt talk about when its supposed to get done how whas i behind and then ofcourse it came up neg and thats good but this dr just seemed like a total dumb ass. i didnt like him at all and he kept telling me how to raise my son. just because hes almost two and doesnt talk he tells me not to use my hands and sign with him but to ignore him untill he talks to me. i dont think there is anything wrong with sign language. and besides he talks back enough with the word no.
