Does anyone have any suggestions....... PLEASE?????

My daughter, Mariah, who just turned one has had this same bottle nipple for way too long. It is worn and needs to be thrown out. Every morning she wakes up with sticky hair from this leaking nipple. The problem is that I have tried to change the nipple and she will NOT take it. She only wants the one nipple. I have recently tried weaning her off the bottle to sippy cups only. I failed at that attempt too. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting her to take a different nipple??? Or how to get her off the bottle period??? She will take her sippy cup for juice, but juice ONLY. What can I do???

I personally wouldn't take her completly off the bottle, but you really should change that nipple. I suggest if you can find one just like it and let her watch you change it. Oh and wouldn't let her sleep with the bottle, it goes bad in about 3-4 hours max just sneak in after she's sleeping and take it.

just take it away the bottle all together my son is 2 and hasn't had a bottle i took all bottles away when he was 6 months old and just put his milk in sippy cups. Kids are not suppose to have bottles in bed with them at all.
also just put her drinks in a sippy cup and put it so she can get it and walk away she will drink it when she wants too. But take it all away all bottles now... kids are smart they will drink when they want so putting it a sippy cup won't hurt her if she don't drink out of it for awile just leave it she will sooner or later.. she is at the age where she don't need bottles. at 6months they should be on sippy cups at all times... at night just give her a cup with milk and have her drink it put her too bed and don't give into her and give her a bottle just leave her....
