What's the best baby shower present you ever received?

I need to organize a baby shower for my friend. I have never done this before. Any tips on the present? teresa

Answers:

I think the best present will be what the mother needs the most. Try to find out what is most imporant to her at this point. That will ease a lot of worry off of her.
Can I recommend also something special for her also. Always the babies get something, but mothers need a special suprise as well. They have a lot of NO ME TIME coming and that would brighten their day.
