Hellllllpppppp......
I have a 2 month old and a 19 month old. My 2 month old doesnt sleep.... hardly at all. he is up at 7 am and he just cries and cries until around 2 in the after noon because he is so tired, then he will fall asleep and sleep the rest of the day away, i let him because i also have a toddler who is very high energy and demands alot of attention, so i let the baby sleep so i can spend time with my toddler. at night though, i cant seem to get the baby on a routine because i let him sleep during the day so much or else he will just scream and cry unless i hold him. my toddler goes to bed between 8-830 but by then the baby is wide awake, he wont go down until about 10-11 but is up again around 130 then 430-500 then up for the day at 7! i dont know what to do, i feel so unorganized and dont know how to stretch myself out so that i can get the baby on a good bed time routine, but still spend as much time as i can with my toddler! any advice or tips, I will try anything just to get things to calm down around here!

A baby at two monthes old should have a morning nap otherwise in the afternoon he is going to be too tired. Around 10 - 10:30 you should put your toddler in front of a DVD and try to put the baby to sleep. If he sleeps in the morning probably he will not need such a long nap in the afternoon. After a couple of hours try to wake him up and let him looking at his brother playing with you. It would also a good opportunity to let built a bond...before you know they will play together and they will be in the same schedule!

Good luck,
