Combating Mom's tiredness
I nap when my baby sleeps or if my husband is home to feed baby (9 months old). I also have been going to the local coffee shop where I talk to other moms and buy a cup of coffee for the day. I don't always feel like making coffee! I have MS so my fatigue has increased since having a baby.

Check your Iron levels. You may be anemic.

I felt the same way. I was drinking coffee and eating what ever was available. Well I did a complete body flush and now drink about a gallon of water a day. I have more energy now than ever. I don't drink anything but water even with meals. If you are using nursery water just wait until the gallon is empty and fill it for you and mark on it how much you drank that day.

I have MS so I totally know what you are going through. I have an eight and a half month old boy and I relapsed so badly after he was born I can barely pick up much less carry him around. I've had to hire someone to help me during the day and surrendered my house to cleaners twice a month to allow me to rest as much as possible. A Mom with MS needs all the rest and help she can get! Hang in there!
