Bedtime potty
Hi ladies (and gentlemen). I haven't been on here in a while but have a question if anyone could help. Our middle child (she's 7) was in pull ups at night for quite a while. Because she's getting older, we finally decided to take her off the pull ups and wake her up around 1am to have her go potty, then go back to sleep. This has definitely helped as far as no more pull ups and bed wetting, but now I'm a little concerned. She's starting to automatically wake up at 1 now and I'm afraid this will cause negative sleep habits as she gets older. Should I go back to pull ups or will it be alright once she gets through the bedtime potty training? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
