O.K. ladies. I have a question. I've been doing workouts for awhile now just to stay in shape. I'm 5'2 and weigh about 115-120 (depending on what time of day) which is close to my prepregnancy weight of 110. What's irritating is all the hip exercises I find that "work" are lunges and/or squats but every time I do these, my knees are killing me and I don't feel any workout on my butt. Does anyone else experience this or is it just me??? Maybe I just have weak knees, IDK. I should also mention it's been just over three years (not three months) since giving birth to our third child. Hopefully my hips aren't stuck like this lol! Any tips or experience to share would be great. |
