my stepson is like a son to me  he and my daughter are both 6 and are very close  his mother is not in the picture and hasnt been all his life  we are a very tight family and recently he started calling me mom which i love however my daughter doesnt want him to  when i talk to her about is she says it makes her feel jealous and that she just wants to call me mom.  i want her to be happy about it and am having a hard time helping her understand that my love grows for her everyday and that doesnt change that but could use some help from others in this situation.  thanks
