Enough talking about the 10 extra pounds I wanted to loose I decided to do something serious and fun about it!
My big source of inspiration is my friend that quietly and with a great deal of calm lost 100 pounds...if he can do 100 I can do 10!
Nothing really revolutionary cut the carbs, but the process ends up been easier than expected and at the same time I became very creative on my cooking. Cooking time it is always down to 15 minutes and I feel super healthy. I lost 15 pounds in two months without been hungry a single minute.
