Erica,
I went through this when my babe was about the same age. It happens, of course, with a baby finding his new mouth and lips its almost fun to chew... I think that this is a good opportunity to teach your baby cause and effect. When he bites say ouch! and take him off the boob. then put him back on and if it happens again take it away again and say ouch. if it happens again, so no boo boo and do something else. if he is too upset then try..try again.. Also, next time he bumps his head or something, make sure you say ouch! baby that hurts and hug and kiss him and tell him it will be okay, but help him understand what ouch means. i think this will help in a lot of situations in the future. Good luck
