My 8 month old will grab the bottle and try to put it in his mouth, but will not continue holding it on his own. We would like to start transitioning him to a sippy cup, but need him to learn how to hold the bottle first. We have tried putting his hands on the bottle to make him hold it, but he just will not keep them there. Any suggestions on how to either teach him to hold the bottle on his own or learn to hold the sippy cup.
