Hey Ladies!
I came across this awesome, healthy popsicle recipe for the kids! And Im sure you will find yourself eating one too. :-)
2 bananas
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup natural peanut butter, or almond butter
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. honey
enough milk to make a nice smoothie consistency, doesn't need much.
The recipe calls for 2 handfuls of ice but I left that out. I figure if it's freezing anyway it wouldn't need ice.
