i bought a stroller about 6 months ago.from wal mart site to store.its a baby trend sit to stand lx.when i first got it the front wheels would not snap on the way they should. so i called wal mart and told them of my isue with the stroller.wal mart told me i had to contact baby trend.so i found the phone number on my stroller and tried to contact them and have never gotten an answer.i know this is their number,i have called it on  a weekend and the recording i get is you have reached baby trend not during busniess hours our hours are from 8-5 monday through friday.but when i call on a week day i have never gotten any answer of any kind not even a recording.i have been trying for many months to contact this company i have emailed and called countless times.so i started calling stores that carry baby trend products thinking they must be able to contact them right.maybe they have the right number.the stores i called have the same number as i do and when they called it they could not get an answer either.i have also found many people who have shared my frustraton and have simular stories as me.i called wal mart again.telling them of the isue i  have had with getting a hold of this company.they told me to call their one eight hundred number so i did.they listened to my story assured me they would pass it up to higher up.and stranfered me to walmart.com who found my ordor info.they also had the same number and the person who was speaking to me also tried to call them with no sucess.he said they would exspadite my complaint and would look for another way to contact baby trend and get back to me.but what i dont understand is this is a big company who sells all kinds of baby items like swings diaper pails to car seats. and no one can them,something is wrong with this picture.dont trust your kids lives with a company like this.i will no longer have a baby trend product in my house again.and i am warning others of this company.before you even think of buying baby trend product google baby trend complaints.i have read many some are minor but some are scarry!kids are being hurt by these products and the company could not be reached in most casses.THIS IS VERY SERIOUS WARNING FOR ALL PARENTS OR ANYONE WHO BUYS OR WILL BUY PRODUCTS FOR LITTLE ONES.                 THIS IS NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY
