What do you do when your at wits end ready to throw in the towel. I have three kids who are wonderful however times are rough and my husband and I are both out of work which makes us both unhappy people. The kids can definitely feel the stress and tension and react to it in there own way sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worst.... That is the case in my house my 9 yr old daughter is very rebellious and her younger brother and sister are following in her footsteps like a monkey see monkey do scenario....fun fun.....the temper tantrums and deliberately disobeying behaviors need to stop i am just not sure how to end all this nonsense, I've given consequences for their actions like losing privileges, grounding, loss of toys and spanking which is a last resort always... I dislike spanking so much it hurts me to see my children cry how can i get through to them without destroying them?? I know it is only going to get tougher from here if i don't nib some of these behaviors in the bud now.
