Breastfeeding for the 1st time in 5 years

Good evening, All!

My new little one will be here in December...  I can't remember what kidn of pump I had before, but I do remember that it was not the greatest...  I plan on nursing this baby was well, but would like to be able to pump for when I need to be away...  can you suggest a good pump as well as bottle?

i would suggest a medela pump n' style or a hollister/ameda purely yours. both are hospital grade and quite effective. i had the ameda and used the heck out of that pump. i chose that one because it was cheaper, at the time, i was lighter and could be taken out of the tote, & has a closed milk system so milk can't back up into the pump. you can see the medala products at babies r' us but you may have to go online or find a ameda dealer for the purely yours. i bought mine off of babycenter.com almost 10 years ago. you can always google online coupon codes for added savings. hths & i think its great you want to breastfeed. i'm doing a study on first time moms who wish to breastfeed if you're interested. check out my classified ad in my profile.

medela is the best. i have one for sale if you want one. i used for like a week with my oldest in feb 2007 and then for like a month with my youngest in sept 2008.
